"Clay did an outstanding job helping my family move from Maryland to Georgia. Upon connecting with Clay, he jumped in immediately to help us look for homes months in advance of us moving to make sure we didn’t have to rush a transaction and stress throughout the process. Clay was very responsive and engaged, including conducting virtual tours and calls for us when we were not in the state of sale. He was very punctual and assisted us with multiple negotiations. He was knowledgeable about local businesses leading up to the sale and even after the sale when we were looking for businesses to support maintenance of our new home. He’s extremely knowledgeable and has reputable contacts for any kind of work we needed on our home prior to listing and selling. Clay treated my wife and I more like friends than just a realtor. If you’re coming from a military background he is very familiar with the area, Fort Eisenhower and the VA process on buying/selling a home.
